  1. What should I do to take my measurements?
    The measuring process is simple, fast and can be done in complete autonomy. You will not need to go to our shop or book an expensive appointment with a tailor. In a few simple steps you can take the necessary measurements to create your Sartorino tailored garment! Just follow the written procedure and the video we have prepared for you, during the online measuring process. Once we have received your measurements, our team will carry out the appropriate checks and will proceed to the suit tailoring procedure.
  2. Do I need to call a tailor to order a Sartorino garment?

    Absolutely not. We have developed a fast and easy way to take measurements and we have patented the "Perfetto Suit" method, which will allow you to take your measurements in complete autonomy and in just a few simple steps.

  3. Can I use the measurements the tailor took previously?
    Yes, but just the basic anthropometric measurements. The important thing is that the tailor took the measurements according to our specifications. If you have any doubts, it is best to take the measurements again. Do not worry! It takes just a few minutes. Concerning the suit measurements, however, we prefer you to use our patented "Perfetto Suit" system, which will allow you to take the measurements in complete autonomy in just a few simple steps.
  4. Can I change the measurements in my order?
    It depends on the state of advancement of your Sartorino order. If it still is in the "Pending" phase, you can send us the new measurements by e-mail to service@sartorino.com, otherwise we will be unable to change the measurements because the fabric will already have been cut to size.
  5. Can I use the measurements of a suit that fits me perfectly to order one from Sartorino?
    Our tailoring method is unique and patented, unlike that of any other Company. For this reason, we invite you to follow our procedures to determine the measurements of your Sartorino tailored suit or shirt.     Sartorino offers three payment options:
    1. 1. Credit Card - using an SSL secure connection, Sartorino can accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Which delivery company do you use for shipments?
    For the shipment of our sartorial products, we work with the major worldwide shipping companies: FedEx and TNT.
  2. Which countries do you ship to?
    We ship almost worldwide. During the purchase process you will have the opportunity to check that your destination is present among those covered by our partners FedEx and TNT. Do not hesitate to contact us if your destination is not present in the list.
  3. How long does it take to receive my order?

    Our tailoring productions require an average of four weeks to be processed and shipped.

    For tailored suits this timing should be calculated from the moment we receive your Perfetto Suit measurements, while for shirts, it is calculated from the order date.

    As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will notify you by e-mail.

  4. Posso spedire il mio ordine ad una casella postale?
    Unfortunately no, TNT and FedEx do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes.
  5. Can I be notified of my order shipment?
    Certainly! We will send you an e-mail when your order is delivered to the delivery company.
  6. How can I track my order shipment?
